Instructions

Select the appropriate flash memory device.
Enter the number of devices used in your application.
Specify the operating conditions by choosing the Read and Program(Pgm)/Erase Voltages.
Enter the total system power in the field for the Total System Power Budget to compare flash memory consumption to the total system power.
Click the "CALCULATE" button and view the output based on your selections. Each time you modify the input parameters, you must click on "CALCULATE" to update the results output.
